betijbd Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and betijbd ("betijbd", "We", "Us", "Our"), governing all use of the betijbd website, mobile platform, betting services, casino games, and any related features or services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of betijbd, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them unconditionally.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the betijbd Platform and close any account you have registered. Your continued use of the Platform following any revision or update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. betijbd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before changes take effect.

betijbd's Terms & Conditions are supplemented by additional policy documents including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a supplementary policy document, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise stated.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active betijbd account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your continued use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are a natural person (accounts may not be registered in the name of a legal entity, corporation, or trust);
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party;
• You have not previously had a betijbd account suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a betijbd employee or contractor;
• Online gambling is not prohibited by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of accessing the Platform.

betijbd enforces age verification as part of the mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Players will be required to submit a valid government-issued photo identification document — either a National Identity Card (NID) or passport — before any withdrawal request is processed. Accounts where age cannot be verified to betijbd's satisfaction will be suspended pending verification, and accounts confirmed to belong to individuals under 18 years of age will be closed immediately. Any real-money balance in an underage account will be returned to the payment method used for the original deposit, less any bonus funds, which will be forfeited in full.

Each individual player may register and maintain only one (1) active account on betijbd. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all duplicate accounts being permanently closed and any associated bonuses or winnings being voided.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes, but is not limited to: your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, your date of birth, a valid email address, a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and a username and password of your choosing. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and must not share your username or password with any third party.

betijbd reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided during registration or at any subsequent point. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by betijbd support may result in account suspension. The following types of verification documents may be requested:

• Identity verification: National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo ID;
• Address verification: Utility bill, bank statement, or official letter dated within 90 days bearing your registered address;
• Payment method verification: Screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account registered in your name and linked to your betijbd account.

You are responsible for notifying betijbd promptly if any of the information held on your account changes. To update account details, contact betijbd support at support@betijbd.net. betijbd cannot be held responsible for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate and up-to-date account information.

betijbd supports deposits and withdrawals through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). betijbd does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency or through any unverified third-party payment channel.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Minimum deposit amounts for card payments are specified at the point of transaction. betijbd does not impose a platform-side fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may charge its own transaction fee, which is your responsibility to review and accept.

betijbd reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large withdrawal amounts, or where our fraud prevention systems flag unusual account activity. Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified within 5 business days of submission may be declined and the funds returned to your betijbd account balance.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals from betijbd:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed;
• Your withdrawal must be sent to a payment method you have previously used to deposit, unless otherwise approved by betijbd support;
• Any active bonus funds must have their associated wagering requirements fully met before the corresponding real-money balance may be withdrawn;
• betijbd reserves the right to process large withdrawals in multiple instalments over consecutive business days;
• Withdrawal requests submitted during national holidays in Bangladesh may experience processing delays of up to 24 additional hours.

All bets placed on betijbd — whether on sports markets (including cricket BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), casino games, crash games, or any other product on the Platform — are subject to these general betting rules as well as any product-specific rules published within the relevant section of the Platform.

Once a bet is confirmed, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended unless betijbd exercises its right to void bets in the circumstances described below. It is your sole responsibility to verify that all bet details — selection, stake amount, and odds — are correct before confirming placement. betijbd is not liable for bets placed in error by the player.

betijbd reserves the right to void any bet, in whole or in part, in the following circumstances:

• A technical error or system fault affected the odds or market at the time the bet was placed;
• The odds displayed were manifestly incorrect due to a pricing error ("palpable error");
• The event to which the bet relates is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result being determined under the applicable sport rules;
• There is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, manipulation, or irregular betting patterns associated with the relevant event;
• The bet was placed after the event or outcome had already been determined (late betting).

In-play (live) betting markets on betijbd are suspended and reopened in real time based on match events. betijbd cannot guarantee the continuous availability of in-play markets during any event, and bets not confirmed before a market suspension are not accepted. All in-play cricket markets are governed by the official match result as declared by the relevant cricket board or competition authority.

betijbd offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to specific terms set out in the relevant promotion page and to these general bonus terms, which take precedence over any promotional material.

General terms that apply to all betijbd bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who have a fully registered and verified betijbd account;
• A minimum wagering requirement applies to all bonuses before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated in the promotion terms. Any unfulfilled bonus funds and associated winnings expire at the end of this period;
• betijbd reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account;
• Where the Platform identifies that a bonus has been claimed through fraudulent means, misrepresentation, or exploitation of a technical error, betijbd reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it;
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment account.

betijbd maintains the integrity of its Platform and the fairness of its games and betting markets by prohibiting the following conduct. Any player found to have engaged in any of the actions listed below will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and all funds held in that account — including real-money balances and bonus balances — may be forfeited in full:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using another person's identity, payment account, or financial details to access or fund a betijbd account;
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in the Platform's software to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, access the Platform, or interact with casino games;
• Colluding with other players, betijbd employees, or third parties to manipulate betting outcomes;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity;
• Placing bets on both sides of the same event across multiple accounts (arbitrage through duplicate accounts) for the purpose of extracting guaranteed profit or bonus abuse;
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive communication with betijbd support staff or other users of the Platform.

betijbd employs advanced fraud detection technology that monitors all account activity in real time. If betijbd determines — on reasonable grounds — that any of the above prohibited conduct has occurred, betijbd may act immediately and without prior notice. betijbd is not obliged to provide detailed reasoning for any account action taken under this clause.

betijbd may suspend or permanently close a player's account at any time for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms & Conditions; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; suspected fraudulent activity; receipt of a legal or regulatory instruction; or at the player's own request under the self-exclusion provisions set out in betijbd's Responsible Gaming Policy.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their betijbd account may do so at any time by contacting betijbd support. Where a voluntary closure request is submitted and there are no pending bets, compliance holds, or outstanding verification matters, betijbd will process the closure and return any verified real-money balance to the player's registered payment account within 5 business days.

Where an account is closed by betijbd due to a breach of these Terms, the following consequences apply:

• Any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are voided in full;
• Real-money deposits may be returned at betijbd's discretion, subject to applicable legal holds and fraud investigation requirements;
• The player is permanently prohibited from registering a new betijbd account;
• betijbd reserves the right to report relevant information to appropriate authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

betijbd's decision regarding account suspension or closure is final in all cases involving a breach of these Terms. For account closures made at the player's own request, betijbd will use reasonable efforts to resolve the closure promptly. Any disputes arising from account closure that cannot be resolved through betijbd support should be escalated in writing to support@betijbd.net with the subject line "Account Closure Dispute".

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of fairness and transparency that betijbd upholds as the foundation of its operation across Bangladesh. betijbd is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and enjoyable platform for all adult players, and these Terms exist to protect both players and the integrity of the Platform.
