1. Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming

2. Age Restriction — 18+ Only
betijbd operates strictly as an adults-only platform. Registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any bet on betijbd is categorically prohibited for individuals who have not yet reached their 18th birthday. This rule applies to all players regardless of location within Bangladesh, including players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar.
At the point of registration, all applicants are required to declare that they are aged 18 or above. betijbd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age — including a National Identity Card (NID) or passport — at any stage of the account lifecycle. Any account that fails to complete age verification within the specified timeframe will have deposit and withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is complete.

3. Responsible Gaming Tools

Set a maximum net loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once your net losses reach the cap you have set, betijbd will automatically prevent further wagers until the limit period resets. Like deposit limits, reducing this limit takes effect immediately.
Restrict the total number of hours per day that you can spend actively playing on betijbd. Once your session time limit is reached, you will be automatically logged out. You may set limits from as little as 30 minutes per day up to a maximum of 8 hours per day.
Configure betijbd to display a pop-up reminder at regular intervals (every 15, 30, or 60 minutes) showing your session duration and net position. Each reminder asks you to confirm you wish to continue playing, encouraging intentional decision-making rather than passive consumption.
Take a structured short break from betijbd for 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, your account is suspended, deposits are blocked, and all marketing communications from betijbd are paused. Your account resumes automatically once the period expires.
For players who need a more serious intervention, self-exclusion locks your betijbd account for a minimum of 3 months with no option to re-open during the exclusion period. Permanent self-exclusion is also available. See Section 5 for the full self-exclusion procedure.

4. Recognising the Warning Signs

5. Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion is betijbd's most powerful responsible gaming tool. When a player activates self-exclusion, their account is immediately and completely locked for the chosen duration. No bets can be placed, no deposits can be made, no bonuses can be claimed, and no marketing communications will be sent during the exclusion period. Self-exclusion at betijbd cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires — this is a deliberate design choice to make the tool as effective as possible.
The following self-exclusion durations are available on betijbd:
- 3 months — A short-term exclusion suitable for players who recognise early warning signs and want a structured cooling-off period.

To activate self-exclusion on your betijbd account, follow these steps:
- Log in to your betijbd account and navigate to Account Settings.
- Select the Responsible Gaming tab from the settings menu.
- Choose Self-Exclusion from the list of available tools.
- Select your preferred exclusion duration (3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or Permanent).
- Confirm your identity by entering your account password and, if prompted, a one-time verification code sent to your registered mobile number.
- Review the exclusion terms and click Confirm Self-Exclusion. The exclusion takes effect immediately upon confirmation.
- You will receive a confirmation email to your registered address. betijbd will also remove you from all marketing mailing lists at this point.
If you are unable to access your account to activate self-exclusion, or if you need the exclusion applied urgently, contact betijbd support via live chat or at support@betijbd.net. A support agent will apply the self-exclusion manually on your behalf without delay. You do not need to provide a reason, and no pressure will be placed on you to reconsider your decision.
Important: Self-exclusion at betijbd applies only to your betijbd account. If you feel you need to restrict access to gambling more broadly, betijbd recommends using device-level or network-level filtering software in addition to the Platform's built-in tools.
6. Protecting Minors
betijbd is deeply committed to ensuring that individuals under the age of 18 cannot access the Platform. Beyond the mandatory age verification at registration, betijbd strongly encourages all adult players in Bangladesh who share devices with children or teenagers to take the following additional precautions:
- Never share your betijbd username, password, or PIN with any person under the age of 18.
- Always log out of your betijbd account when you have finished your session — especially on shared or family devices.
